Jeff is the Recovery Pastor and Youth Worship Leader at Mission Abilene. He and his wife, Leatrice, have been active there since the summer of 2006. Jeff is father to 2 daughters away at college, Bethany and Phoenix, and one teenager still at home, Thaddeus Godot.
Having lived through the nightmare of addiction, Jeff brings a unique perspective to the Mission Recovery Ministry. Having completed Serenity House in 2002, Jeff is a sober member of Alcoholic Anonymous and has dedicated his life to helping those that suffer from addictions find freedom through the forgiveness, love and mercy of Jesus Christ.
Jeff loves playing music with the Youth Praise and Worship Band. (He loves playing with the big kids on the Worship team, too!) He also tries to never miss the Men's Iron Bible Study on Tuesdays. In his spare time between AA meetings and church, Jeff found the time to put together a non-profit: Jesus Crawl, an outreach ministry designed to bridge the gap between recovery and church.
